- Organization Data: Chapter membership, roles, event attendance, and networking activity within your organization.
- Third-Party Integrations: When you connect services like Google Drive, Dropbox, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or Zoom, we access only the data necessary to provide the requested functionality (e.g., browsing files, syncing events). We store OAuth tokens securely and do not access data beyond the approved scopes.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, device type, and browser information to improve the Service.
- Payment Information: Payment details are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Authorize.Net) and are not stored on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service, including event management, member directories, and communication tools.
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- To connect third-party services you authorize (cloud storage, calendars, video conferencing).
- To send service-related communications (event reminders, membership updates).
- To process payments for promotions, memberships, and other services.
- To improve and personalize the Service using AI-powered features.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services. Each integration only accesses data you explicitly authorize:
- Google Drive: Read-only access to browse and select images from your Drive. We do not modify, delete, or share your Drive files.
- Dropbox: Read-only access to browse and select images. We do not modify, delete, or share your Dropbox files.
- Google Calendar / Microsoft 365: Calendar event creation and synchronization for networking events.
- Zoom: Meeting creation and management for virtual events.
- Stripe / Authorize.Net: Secure payment processing.
- Mailgun / Twilio: Email and SMS communications.
You can disconnect any third-party service at any time from your account settings. Upon disconnection, we delete the stored OAuth tokens.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and implement role-based access controls. OAuth tokens for third-party services are stored securely and are only accessible to the authenticated user who created the connection.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With your organization administrators as required for membership management.
- With third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service (hosting, email, payments).
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and download your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate information in your profile.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Disconnect third-party integrations at any time.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
