1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Networking 360 at networking360.io (the “Service”), operated by AskChad LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Networking 360 is a B2B SaaS platform for professional networking organizations. The Service provides event management, member directories, chapter administration, communication tools, promotions, and third-party integrations (cloud storage, calendars, video conferencing).

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
  • Scrape, data-mine, or extract data from the Service without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (Google Drive, Dropbox, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Zoom). By connecting these services:

  • You authorize us to access the specific data scopes you approve during the OAuth flow.
  • You acknowledge that third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
  • You may disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.
  • We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

6. Payments and Billing

Certain features require payment (promotions, premium memberships). Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Authorize.Net. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AskChad LLC. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskChad LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
